Automatic CNC Glass Cutting Pipeline

The cutting line is composed of three parts: automatic intelligent tablet feeder, cutting machine and air float tablet. CNC automatically controls the operation of the whole line, the tablet machine automatically takes the glass down and transmits it to the cutting machine. The cutting machine automatically cuts the input glass size, and automatically transfers the cut glass to the air-breaking and floating tables. The manual assistance is used to divide the glass, and the single glass cutting process is finished. It works reliably, has stable performance, strong applicability and high efficiency. Note: Customized development can be carried out according to the special requirements of customers.

The JL-CNC-3624 automatic cutting production line is as follows (the direction of the film is indicated by the arrow):

Cutting tool holder:

Fixed knife head structure 360 degree rotation (knife head mechanical safety device, domestic cutting machine can use this technology exclusively to cut any shape of glass, Japan SMC proportional valve automatic control knife head cutting pressure.

Oil supply mode: automatic oil injection device.

Cutting machine communication cables are all made of flexible shielded cables made in Germany, which eliminates the shortcomings of domestic cables that are prone to problems.

With a hundred kinds of cutting galleries, it is convenient to cut any shape of glass. AUTO CAD drawing software is compatible.

It has automatic correction function. Ensure cutting accuracy.

Cutting path selection function. Ensure the ideal cutting speed.

Operational input: keyboard and mouse. Chinese/English dialogue interface.

It has the function of automatically adjusting the pressure of special-shaped cutting tool to ensure the cutting effect.

5. Acceptance method: Dimensional accuracy is based on the distance between any two cutting lines. Measurements of 2mm thick glass, such as non-2mm thick glass, are based on the cutting line before stripping.
