1. Integral sound insulation, using sound insulation materials in steelmaking furnace room is set as sound insulation room.

2. Use the sound insulation cover when noise control. The sound insulation material is used to make the frame inside the sound insulation cover, and sound absorption measures are arranged around it, such as: covering the sound absorption board on the top of the sound insulation cover, etc.

3. Make full use of the sound-proof door for sound-proof, and set the sound-proof door in the appropriate position to prevent the noise generated by the operation of the machine from affecting other machines.

4. Mufflers can be used in noise control. Time-slice mufflers are commonly used. Placing them on the upper part of the tempering furnace can achieve the purpose of sound insulation.
