Automatic circular cutting pipeline is a special equipment for automatic circular cutting of glass. This machine has three types: single head, double head and slitting. It uses Mitsubishi programmable controller, man-machine interface and servo motor. High precision, high efficiency, high automation, simple and flexible operation. It can automatically locate, select, cut, feed, cut and set parameters to achieve the desired effect.  After setting the parameters, the operator only needs to put the glass on the conveyor belt, and the cutting machine automatically transmits and cuts.

Note: Customized development can be carried out according to the special requirements of customers.

Cutting thickness: 0.3-8 mm (the range of cutting thickness is compared with the size of specifications);

Shape size: 2600 x 750 x 1500mm long, 750 x high;

Conveyor bandwidth: 300 mm;

Cutting glass circle diameter: 260 mm;

Cutting glass circle diameter: 20 mm (glass thickness 1.5 mm);

Cutting efficiency: 1.5 seconds per unit (adjustable speed);

Operator: Cut 1 person and take 1 circle.

Scope of application:

It is suitable for batch cutting of round glass of various sizes and profiling cutting of special-shaped glass (such as glass pot cover, cosmetic mirror, rearview mirror, clock mirror, water meter, watch, photoelectric glass, handicraft glass, etc.).
