2. Brief description:

This machine belongs to a practical and new type of glass upper slice cutting machine, which is characterized by: the whole machine can move in the workshop, the cutting function + the upper slice function are combined on a machine table, and the air float breaking table is added. The glass automatic slicing mechanism is composed of elevator, overturning arm, overturning arm shaft, overturning arm drive shaft, main and auxiliary connecting rods, sucker assembly and limit switch; the working table for cutting the upper slice, which consists of upper slice arm, cutting cross beam and conveying platform, has longitudinal sliding guide rail and rack at the front and rear sides of the frame, and side force. The main drive wheel, servo motor, display and electronic control cabinet are installed on the board. There are inherent cutting machine beams between the two force plates. There are axle slides, SBR guideways, through axles, transverse racks and automatic cutting mechanism of cutting tool head. The machine integrates multi-functions, saves people, saves money and occupies small space, and is suitable for small and medium-sized glass processing enterprises.

3. Equipment performance and working principle:

The glass is placed in a designated position. After the signal is given, the suction cup is automatically turned up and the glass is adsorbed and placed on the cutting table. The cutting machine automatically corrects the glass positioning.

The whole working process can be accomplished by PLC automatic control or manual control. The manual mode is mainly used in equipment adjustment and maintenance. Each action can be completed independently or can be used for normal work. After giving the signal (manual or automatic), the overturning system works. The motor drives the mechanical reverse mechanism to turn the sucker arm up and stop the overturning when it reaches the same inclination angle as the glass. The forward motor makes the sucker move. When the detection switch near the top sucker touches the glass, the forward motor stops. When the vacuum system works, the suction cup begins to absorb the glass. When the vacuum pressure switch reaches the set pressure, the vacuum pump stops, and the suction cup's telescopic connecting rod mechanism lifts the glass through the motor drive. After stopping about a few seconds at this working station, it ensures that the single glass is sucked up. The motor drives the mechanical overturning mechanism to reverse the glass to the cutting table, and the telescopic connecting rod mechanism makes the suction cup and the glass at the same time. When landing, the sucker blows compressed air to release glass quickly, the transmission mechanism stops and returns to the flat position. Cutting machine automatically corrects glass positioning and then cuts it. After cutting, the conveyor belt of cutting platform floats to move the glass to the breaking table to break the pieces. The upper arm automatically lifts the glass after receiving the signal that the glass moves out of the cutting table.
