Sudden situations and solutions in operation of small glass tempering furnace:
1. Now the control of tempering furnace is basically computer control. Sometimes there may be computer crash. In this case, glass should be moved out of the furnace immediately, power off and restart the computer.
2. Abnormal main drive: Generally, the original glass will go through the reciprocating operation of the heating section on the roller track, and the forward operation of the section will go on until the tablet is removed. If the abnormal main drive is found through the observation window or the man-machine interface in the production process, it is necessary to close the main drive immediately and transport the glass out of the furnace body before checking. This situation is generally caused by abnormal encoder or chain. When troubleshooting, we can focus on these two points.
3. Power outage: In the production process of tempering furnace, if there is a power outage, the following methods should be adopted: transporting glass out of the furnace body as soon as possible, and if it is found that glass is adhering to the roller, it needs to be dealt with separately after the furnace temperature drops down.
4. Glass Explosion Furnace: In the process of production, especially the thicker glass, glass will burst in the tempering furnace body, reminding the operator of the tempering furnace that once this happens, the main drive must be closed immediately, the glass will be manually transported out of the furnace body, and after the temperature drops down, the furnace body will be raised again, and the glass on the ceramic roller will be checked. Residues stick to it, if any, they need to be cleaned up (when cleaning, care should be taken not to damage the ceramic roller) to avoid glass scratches in subsequent production.
5. Abnormal heating system: usually occurs when the heating control board fails, causing temperature rise. At this time, it is necessary to turn off the cone valve and hand drive the main drive to keep the ceramic roll rotating, notifying the maintenance personnel to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment.
6. Abnormal door: If the door can not be opened and other faults (usually caused by air compressor problems), it should climb up to the top of the furnace quickly, open the door with manpower, and lift the furnace body at the same time. Manual operation can make the glass discharged quickly to prevent sticking to the furnace. If the existing glass is adhered to the ceramic roller, it needs to be treated after the furnace temperature drops down.
