In the production process of glass tempering furnace, serious accidents may occur in tempering furnace and tempered products due to errors in control system. Therefore, whether it is forced convection steelmaking furnace or flat bending steelmaking furnace, daily maintenance is necessary to prevent the impact of the service life of the steelmaking furnace, and then the steelmaking furnace manufacturers to share with you how to check daily!

Daily inspection and maintenance items:

1. Check whether there are any debris and dust on the operating boxes, operating tables and electronic control cabinets of the steelmaking furnace, and clean them up.

2. Check whether the electric control cabinet doors of the steelmaking furnace are closed reliably.

3. Check whether the buttons and switches on the cabinets, stations and screen doors are in good condition and whether the installation is reliable.

4. Check whether the indicators on the operation cabinets and the operation desk screen doors are in good condition and the indicators are normal.

5. Check whether the indicator lights (including alarm bells) on the operation cabinets and the operation desk screen doors are in good condition and the indication is normal.

6. Check and test whether the foot switch action of FRP furnace is flexible and reliable.

7. Check and test whether the function of emergency stop button is reliable.

8. Check and test whether all photoelectric switches and encoders of FRP furnace are loose or dislocated, and whether the working signal is normal.

9. Check whether the ventilation and heat dissipation fans in the control cabinet work properly.

Weekly inspection of maintenance projects:

1. Scrub the surface of photoelectric switch with lens paper once a week.

2. Check whether there are any abnormal phenomena such as loosening, falling off or short circuit in the control wiring (including grounding wire) in the cabinet.

3. Check whether the connection of heating wire of glass tempering furnace is loose, sticky or heated.

4. Check whether the relays operate sensitively, whether there are abnormal sounds and whether the contacts are reliable.

5. Check whether the main switch is flexible and reliable.

6. Check and test whether the solenoid valves of glass tempering furnace are sensitive and reliable, and whether there is heating phenomenon.

7. Clean the dust in electrical cabinets and boxes with a vacuum cleaner.

8. Check whether the fan in the converter of the steelmaking furnace works properly and remove the dust from the air inlet.

Monthly inspection of maintenance items:

1. Check whether the wiring of the control transformer is loose or falling off, and whether the winding has abnormal heating phenomenon.

2. Check whether the current transformers are fixed reliably and the wiring is loose.

3. Check whether all protective grounding wires in the cabinet are connected reliably.

4. Check whether the protective grounding wires of each motor are connected reliably.

5. Check whether the connection of protective grounding wires between different sections of equipment is loose.

Quarterly inspection and maintenance projects:

1. Check and test the on-off characteristics of solid state relay in steelmaking furnace control cabinet, and replace it as appropriate.

2. Check whether the operation characteristics of each thermal protection relay are normal or not, and change it according to the situation.

3. Measure and record the static resistance of each heating unit, test and record the heating current, and check whether it is in the normal range.

4. Test and verify thermocouples and replace them as appropriate.

5. All mechanical and inductive limit switches are tested and replaced as appropriate.

Annual inspection of maintenance projects:

1. Testing the protective grounding resistance of steel equipment and resetting the grounding connection when necessary.

2. Motor maintenance;

3. Maintenance of frequency converter of steelmaking furnace.
