    Equipment performance and working principle:

    It is mainly used for automatic glass stripping. The glass is placed in a designated position. After giving the signal of the pick-up, the pick-up sucker is automatically turned up and the glass is adsorbed and placed on the conveyor roller of the pick-up table. The glass is automatically conveyed to the main machine of the cutting machine.

    It is mainly composed of a frame, a sucker overturning mechanism, a sucker moving mechanism, a conveyor roller and an electric control cabinet.

    The whole working process can be accomplished by PLC automatic control or manual control. The manual mode is mainly used in equipment adjustment and maintenance. Each action can be completed independently or can be used for normal work. After giving the signal (manual or automatic), the overturning system works. The motor drives the mechanical reverse mechanism to turn the sucker arm up and stop the overturning when it reaches the same inclination angle as the glass. The forward motor makes the sucker move. When the detection switch near the top sucker touches the glass, the forward motor stops. When the vacuum system works, the suction cup begins to absorb the glass. When the vacuum pressure switch reaches the set pressure, the vacuum pump stops, and the suction cup's telescopic linkage mechanism lifts the glass through the motor drive. After stopping about a few seconds at this working station, it ensures that the single glass is sucked up, and the motor drives the mechanical turnover mechanism to reverse the glass to transmission. On the table, the telescopic connecting rod mechanism makes the sucker and glass fall at the same time. The sucker blows compressed air to release the glass quickly. The transmission mechanism starts and sends the glass sheet to the front end of the tablet machine until the signal point stops. Then the whole frame moves automatically to find the zero position and stops. Waiting for the signal from the cutting table, the glass sheet can be sent to the cutting table at the same speed with the cutting table. After the glass is sent out, the automatic cycle of the film-loading program works. The machine can select any position according to the required glass thickness.

    Note: The amount of glass taken by the tablet machine can be automatically controlled. That is, the amount of cut glass is input before cutting. After cutting, the tablet machine can be operated manually to avoid cutting glass by human factors.
