Product Performance Introduction:

The feeding section consists of 10 rubber rollers and a group of high-pressure spray paint pre-washing. The cleaning air-drying section can be lifted as a whole. It consists of 21 rubber rollers, 2 groups of lifting hard brushes, 1 group of soft brushes, 2 groups of high-pressure air knives and 3 groups of high-pressure spray paint. The feeding end consists of 10 rubber rollers, 1 22KW high-pressure fan, 3 high-pressure water pumps, 2 brush motors, 1 lifting motor in the cleaning section, 1 cot drive motor and 1 umbrella tooth transmission. Moving, the fuselage length is 5800, width is 3300, height is 2700, cot diameter is 75mm, cot center distance of upper segment is 175mm, cot center distance of cleaning section is 125mm, cot center distance of discharging end is 175mm, main square tube of fuselage is 80*60*3 structure, cot bearing is fixed on aluminium alloy square tube material, which greatly ensures the flatness of cot.

Product characteristics:

A: JLQX-2500 glass cleaner adopts horizontal structure and is widely used in flat material cleaning and drying.

B: Frequency conversion speed regulation, digital display and easy operation are adopted for conveying speed. Gear transmission is used for transmission, which makes the transmission more stable and is more conducive to connecting production lines.

C: The main part is made up of feeding, cleaning, air-drying and discharging. The cleaning air-drying section is integral lifting, which can rise 350 mm to facilitate cleaning and maintenance of inner cots.

D: Stainless steel water tank and high pressure water spraying are installed at the end of the feeding piece, so that the cots can be cleaned automatically. High pressure water spraying is used to spray glass surface to improve the cleaning effect.

E: There are three groups of brushes in the cleaning section, which are driven by the upper and lower belt independently. They can wash LOW-E glass, ordinary coating, sunshine coating and solar glass.

F: High-pressure fan is used for air drying, two sets of high-efficiency wind knives have high wind power, which greatly improves work efficiency.
