General 800 Cleaner Introduction:

10 rubber rollers in feeding section, 4 brushes in cleaning section, 5 rubber rollers, 3 sponge rollers, 15 rubber rollers in discharging section, 0.37KW stepless motor drive, 0.37KW brush drive, 0.25KW high-pressure water pump, (top 3 and bottom 3) heating pipe composed of heating air dryer, chain drive, body length 2600, width 1100, height 1000, diameter of rubber rollers 48mm, center distance 55mm.

Product introduction:

1. Horizontal structure is adopted for cleaning and air-drying flat glass.

2. The mechanical structure consists of feeding section, cleaning section, air-drying and discharging end.

3. Use 4 groups of brushes to clean and 3 groups of sponge rollers to absorb water. The cleaning effect is better.

4. Air-drying by adjustable temperature and hot air.

5. The transmission adopts stepless speed regulation, which is stable, reliable and durable.

6. The cover and water tank of the whole machine are made of 201 stainless steel.
