What is the temperature range of automobile glass tempering furnace?

The tempered glass produced by automobile fiberglass tempering furnace has good stamping strength, good thermal stability and safety performance. The reason is that automobile glass is made by heating the glass to a temperature close to softening in the heating furnace, and then feeding the glass into the wind grille with different cooling intensity rapidly, so that the main viewing area and the surrounding area of the glass produce different stresses. The glass produced by automobile glass tempering furnace is heated to near softening temperature in the heating furnace. At this time, the glass is in a sticky flow state and kept warm for a period of time. Then the glass sheet is quickly sent to the cooling device. The glass is evenly quenched by low temperature and high speed air flow, resulting in tensile stress in the inner layer of the glass and compressive stress on the outer surface. The glass products treated in this way are fully tempered glass. If tempered glass is placed on 0C ice, the melted 327C lead sodium silicate will not burst. And when toughened glass is broken, the fragments become small honeycomb-like obtuse-angle particles, which are not easy to hurt people.


Temperature of automobile glass tempering furnace should be set in a reasonable range and can not be easily adjusted. The slight adjustment of temperature will have a great influence on the heating efficiency of glass. In actual production, if the glass outlet temperature needs to be adjusted, generally by changing the heating time, a better glass temperature can be obtained.


When setting the temperature, it should be noted that the automobile glass tempering furnace should be able to completely eliminate the glass stress. Residual stress in glass can not be completely eliminated. When tension stress is formed in the center of glass at the initial stage of quenching, it is easy to cause glass rupture. Glass temperature can not cause serious deformation of glass, so the furnace temperature can not be set too high. It is suitable to be higher than the furnace temperature of glass 60-100 degrees C.


In addition, because glass has the characteristic of selective absorption of infrared rays, the infrared wavelength in the furnace should be within the absorption range of glass. According to the absorption spectra of glass, the radiation wavelength in the furnace is about 3.0 micron, and the corresponding furnace temperature is about 700 C. At the same time, automotive fiberglass tempering furnace factory should adopt imported materials, with professional laying process. Combining with reasonable production technology, it ensures that the equipment works with low energy consumption power in production, and achieves energy-saving effect.
