Heating Components of Steelmaking Furnace

      Heating power refers to the heating capacity of tempering furnace, which has been determined at the time of design. Because of different heating methods, the upper part is mainly heated by radiation, while the lower part is heated by conduction and radiation. When the glass enters the furnace at the initial stage, the lower surface of the glass curls first because of heating. As the temperature radiates gradually to the upper surface of the glass, the glass will gradually curl up. Gradually flattened out. If the glass curls too much in a few tens of seconds, there will be a white mark or light distortion in the middle of the lower surface of the glass after discharge. In order to solve this problem, besides setting the lower temperature lower than the upper one, the power of the lower part should be lowered, so that the surface temperature of the ceramic rod can be lowered, so that the glass curls a little less at this stage. If the white fog disappears and the glass is made in large quantities, it may break up and the power can be added step by step.

The heating components of the steelmaking furnace are mainly composed of heating furnace body, transmission system and lifting system.

The skeleton of the heating furnace body is welded by standard high-quality section steel and steel plate. It has high strength, good rigidity, compact and firm structure. The furnace body is divided into upper and lower parts. The upper part of the furnace body can be lifted remotely to facilitate roller installation, replacement, maintenance and cleaning. The furnace lining is made of high quality aluminium silicate refractory fibre compression board. It has the characteristics of small thermal conductivity, good heat preservation effect, low density and low heat storage loss. The unique pre-tightening anchorage technology is adopted to reduce the heat dissipation and short circuit of the furnace body, effectively reduce the surface temperature of the furnace body and improve the thermal efficiency.

The ceramic roller in the furnace adopts famous products, and the transmission mechanism adopts circular transmission belt plus linkage synchronous transmission belt, which greatly improves the transmission accuracy, reduces the impact of the vibration of the transmission system on the ceramic roller, eliminates the deviation and reduces the scratches caused by the asynchronous transmission. There are high-performance patented heaters in the furnace, more heating zones, more uniform temperature in the furnace, low surface power of heating elements, good thermal shock resistance and longer service life.

When glass enters the furnace, the door opens and the glass is fed into the furnace by synchronous transmission of the fragment conveying roller and the ceramic roller in the furnace; thereafter, the furnace door closes. The glass is driven by the roller in the furnace body and swings back and forth in the set effective range, so that the glass is uniformly heated and the heating quality is better. At the same time, it ensures that the ceramic roller does not deform and bend, and the overall life of the furnace is long.
