What are the characteristics of glass tempering furnace heating furnace


Tempering furnace is a kind of equipment which produces tempered glass by physical or chemical methods, including physical and chemical methods. Characteristic of glass tempering furnace heating furnace:

1. Ceramic Roller Drive Synchronization Device

Although the orthogonal belt drive reduces the impact of the transmission process on the ceramic roller, the synchronization of the roller drive can not be fully guaranteed due to the wrap angle of the single-stage drive being 180 degrees, and the manufacturing and installation errors. Because of the asynchronism of the ceramic roller, when the glass moves around the furnace, there will be relative sliding between the glass and the roller, which will cause minor scratches on the lower surface of the glass. At the same time, when many pieces of glass are heated, there will be position offset or collision. To solve this problem, we adopt the synchronization technology of the roller compound drive, that is, the orthogonal circular drive belt and the interconnected circular drive belt. In this way, the belt wrap angle of each ceramic roller reaches 540 degrees (and is driven by triple drive). Even if some belt breakage occurs, there will be no quality accident. The synchronization and reliability of transmission are solved, and synchronous transmission of all rollers is guaranteed, thus greatly improving heating quality and finished product rate. Glass on the roller is not slippery, ceramic roller bearings should not have the problem of running inner rings, and can make: (1) white fog alleviate; (2) accurate position, smooth forward and backward turning, effectively reducing the glass surface and roller friction caused by comet abrasion; and (3) prolong the service life of ceramic roller.

2. Roller conveyor

Glass tempering furnace is equipped with a special ceramic roller transport mechanism. With this mechanism, people can complete the work of removing ceramic roller without entering the furnace. It is fast and convenient, and the maintenance time of stopping the furnace can be saved by more than half.

3. Energy-saving heat preservation technology

The use of special high-density insulation board, coupled with the use of insulation anchorage method to eliminate the thermal short circuit, so that the insulation effect is better. At room temperature, the external surface temperature of glass tempering furnace does not exceed 50 C, power failure and heat preservation for 12 hours, furnace body temperature drops by 150 degrees, and temperature rise for 30 minutes can reach the set temperature.

4. Roller Table Design

The material, surface condition and size of the ceramic roller of the glass tempering furnace affect the heating quality of the glass because of the continuous oscillation of the glass on the ceramic roller of the glass tempering furnace. The quality of ceramic rollers has an important influence in the whole process of tempering. Therefore, we adopt imported high-precision silicon ceramic rollers, which have fine workmanship, high surface processing accuracy, strong bending resistance and large payload. Therefore, there are fewer heating defects.
