I. Self-adjustment

In the heating furnace, the upper setting temperature should be higher than the lower setting temperature of 5 to 10 degrees, and the middle setting temperature should be lower than the two ends of 5 to 10 degrees. The temperature difference of the glass in the effective heating area can be guaranteed to be about 5 degrees, which basically ensures the uniformity of the glass heating. In addition, according to the current situation of FRP furnace and combined with its own experience, the maintenance and protection project and cycle of FRP furnace should be refined. Generally speaking, the glass tempering furnace manufacturer carries out the practice of repairing once every six months and overhauling once a year, and the effect is good.

2. Implementing different process parameters for different manufacturer's original tablets

In order to obtain the same toughening strength, quality and surface temperature of glass, the heating time for different original sheets is different under the conditions of setting furnace temperature, quenching air pressure, cooling air pressure, transmission speed, quenching time and cooling time. Therefore, different technological parameters should be implemented to process glass sheets from different manufacturers with tempering furnace.


3. Increasing the yield of steel products

Improving the finished product rate of tempering process is one of the direct and effective measures to reduce the unit consumption of tempering electricity in small glass tempering furnace, which is also a key research topic for glass processing factories. It not only requires the use of high-quality float glass sheets - less impurities in glass, no large bubble stones, annealing quality pass, etc., but also has more requirements on glass edge processing quality, reasonable glass placement, toughening process parameters, equipment performance and so on.
