Processing steps:

1. Use a scraper to gently cut and scrape away broken glass or other foreign bodies embedded in ceramic rolls.

2. Clean the attachment on the surface of ceramic roller with plastic brush, and attach it with vacuum cleaner at the same time.

3. Grind the revolving ceramic stick with 400-600 fine corundum water sandpaper until the surface of the ceramic stick is smooth with the touch.

4. Use a vacuum cleaner to quickly absorb the dust on the surface of the ceramic roll of a small tempering furnace.

5. Use clean and soft white cloth to wet and soften the water from the middle to both sides (never back and forth) until there is no dust.

6. Ceramic rollers in small tempering furnaces should be avoided from excessive grinding to avoid damage to surface enamel.

7. For the sake of safety, safety pins should be inserted in the above cleaning work when cleaning porcelain.

8. Porcelain rollers should use distilled water or pure water as the principle. Do not use other alkali cleaners or chemical agents.

9. After the above cleaning treatment, the automobile glass tempering furnace should be heated up to about 200 degrees, and then heated after 1-2 hours.
